0.23.3 Hotfix Update

This is a quick update mainly to fix the bug with the Heal Gems. I also went ahead and made some improvements to the in-game bug and suggestion tools. Enjoy!

• You can now submit console commands from chat. Just start it with "/" and it'll act as console input instead of chat.
• Improved the in-game bug and suggestion feedback system -- it now pings me on discord nearly instantly and automatically creates a task for me on my task manager
• Fixed a bug where multiple deployable Heal Gems would flicker paint status and cause extra network traffic
