Fixing some bugs we found while testing the latest update!

• Weapon and Equipment Intro challenges now use the 'none' option for other slots in your kit
• Fixed a bug that prevented looking at scoreboard
• Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from selecting a team after joining server
• Removed debug data from escape menu after completing race
• Fixed a bug that might have prevented some users from uploading times
• Fixed a small bug with the bug reporter tool
• Scroll wheel no longer bypasses selection restrictions
• Detected state should properly reset after match
• MacOS build should now properly open config file from settings menu
